Sharon D. Green, MSBA
Sharon a native of Buffalo, New York, is a Minister, service disabled, retired U.S. Army Veteran, Entrepreneur, and Author, pursuing her love for making positive impact in the lives of others by teaching the importance of Leading Life through discipline, personal growth, and servant leadership. She is a Leadership expert, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Alethes (AL-AY-THACE) Consulting Group, providing leadership coaching, speaking and training to corporate executives, non-profit organizations and individuals. She is a certified John Maxwell Coach, Teacher, Speaker, a Certified Defense Financial Manager, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Mediator and a Christian radio show host for “The Rose of Sharon Show” on the Survival Radio Christian Network.
She received her Army commission as a Financial Manager after graduating with honors in 1988 from Howard University as a ROTC Distinguished Military Graduate, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting (BBA-A). In 1994, she earned a Master of Science in Business Administration (MSBA) degree from Boston University. She is also a graduate of the Spirit of Faith Bible Institute. Throughout her 23.5 years of serving her country, she led both Service Members and Civilians in financial management-related positions throughout the United States, Germany, Cuba, S. Korea, and Iraq. She is an Operation Enduring Freedom/Operation Iraqi Freedom/Operation New Dawn Veteran, having earned numerous military awards and decorations.
She currently serves as an Adjunct Instructor at Prince George’s Community College, and as the Chaplain for Women Veterans Interactive, and member other Veteran and professional business organizations. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and is the proud mother of a son, named John’al.
